This Duck down quilt by Puradown is filled with soft duck down clusters and feathers, providing the ultimate in warmth without weight. Down is the soft and fluffy clusters which grow under the outer layer of Geese and Ducks to protect them from the cold. Down is a lighter and has better insulation capabilities than normal feather. The more down content the better the quilt will be for warmth and quality. Encased in quality down proof cotton japara cover and finished off in a cassette style construction, this ensures the filling stays in place. This product comes with a 5 year manufacturer guarantee.

Product Care
We recommend periodic airings to keep your quilt fresh. Dry clean or hand wash with mild soap and water, rinse well. dry without delay in a medium to low heated dryer.

Shipping Details

All parcels will be dispatched through Australia Post. If no one is home it will be carded for a collection at the local post office with a signature and ID.

Parcels are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours

Delivery varies by location, the expected time frame to receive your order is as follows;

Metro : 1-4 business days

Regional: 1-7 business days

If you are unable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees will apply.

If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will happily exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase providing:
· you have proof of purchase;
· the item has not been opened;
· the item is in saleable condition;
· the item is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
· the item is not a quilt, underblanket, underlay, mattress topper, mattress protector or pillow
We do not give any refunds for change of mind purchases, exchange only.
Due to Government Health Regulations white goods, which include Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays etc are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases.
Kindly note that management reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened.
