Orders are usually sent out within two business days, and you can expect to receive them within 5-10 business days.
At NO Frills we understand the importance that your order is delivered in a timely manner and with the utmost care, that is why we use Star Track Express and Australia Post with signature required. If no one is home your delivery will normally be redirected to the Local Australia Post Office for collection over the counter with Photo ID. Please note that bulky deliveries over 5kg and in a few areas where it is not possible to redirect to the post office, the parcel may instead be held at the local courier depot. Where possible our warehouse will try and use recycled cartons for our deliveries, just as safe and sturdy as a new carton but more friendly on the environment.
We accept NEW and UNUSED items for return for exchange or refund within 30 days from sale date. Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
All returned products must be in new condition without damage to any of the packaging and contain all original packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation as supplied from the manufacturer. If the item is returned in any other condition other than new, a restocking fee may be applicable, see below.
OPENED and USED items are subject to approval depending on the condition of the unit and packaging. Any product returned to us that has been trialled, installed, used or demonstrated may be rejected. A minimum of 20% restocking fee applies to refunds and exchanges.
Any product returned with damage to the product, packaging, removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected and returned at the customer's cost.
Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount, in addition to a restocking fee.
Return requests for commercial quantities must be approved on a case by case basis and may be subject to additional conditions.
Goods should be received to the warehouse within 2 weeks from APPROVED return authorisation unless previously arranged.
