Any order placed before 12pm will be unleashed the same day. Those that are placed after 12pm will be dispatched the very next working day.

To make sure your order doesn’t get lost in the dog park or arrives in a ruff condition, we offer Shipping Insurance—your own guard dog against damage, loss, or theft
during transit. If your order ends up lost in transit or arrives looking like it wrestled with a chew toy, we'll replace it at no additional cost to you. However, if you choose to go off-leash without shipping insurance, you'll need to dig up the cost for a replacement product in the unlikely event this happens.
