Profender for cats is a topical treatment for mixed parasitic infections caused by roundworms, lungworms, hookworms and tapeworms. A single application is enough for killing and preventing infestations from various kinds of intestinal worms. It is the first ever spot-on treatment formulated for killing, controlling and preventing intestinal worms in cats. With regular use, Profender reduces the risk of transmission of worms to your family by reducing egg shedding by cats. It is also safe to use during pregnancy and lactation and is the first cat product on the Australian market that prevents transmission of roundworms from a queen to her kittens via the milk. It is a potent and trusted allwormer for cats. Ideally, the minimum dosage contains 3 mg emodepside/kg bodyweight and 12 mg praziquantel/kg bodyweight that equals to 0.14 ml Profender/kg bodyweight of the cat.

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in original condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper handling and resale.
For health and safety reasons, several types of pet products are exempt from returns:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Books or pet training guides with obvious signs of use.
Opened media items such as CDs, DVDs, software, or video games.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns
To return your product, contact our customer care team for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
