Click and Collect
Click and collect may be available from our Warehouse, based in Bibra Lake
Please follow instruction at the online checkout. Click and collect is not available at our pop-up stores.
Damaged goods
As soon as you receive your order, open up the box and check that everything’s there and undamaged.
If there’s a problem, please let us know as soon as possible, within 5 business days.

1. Shipping Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier logistics, or other factors beyond our control.
2. Refrigerated Products
We take every precaution to ensure the quality and safety of refrigerated products during shipping:
All refrigerated items are packed using insulated materials and cooling agents designed to maintain a safe temperature at the time of dispatch.
Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee that products will remain at the recommended temperature (4°C) throughout transit, particularly for interstate deliveries.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the order upon delivery.
Refrigerated products must be inspected and stored immediately upon arrival to maintain quality and safety.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the proper handling and storage of refrigerated items after delivery.
4. No Liability for Temperature Maintenance
Fine Foods To You is not liable for any temperature-related quality issues that occur during transit, including but not limited to spoilage, melting, or changes in texture.
Once an order has left our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment. Any transit-related delays or mishandling must be addressed with the carrier directly.
5. No Refund Policy for Refrigerated Products
Due to the perishable nature of refrigerated items, we do not offer refunds or replacements for products impacted by shipping conditions, delays, or improper storage upon delivery.
6. Packaging Standards
Our team carefully packages all orders to ensure optimal freshness, using industry-standard insulated materials and ice packs where applicable.
Please note that ice packs may melt during transit but are intended to help products remain cool for as long as possible.
