Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

After my previous Apple air pods pro suffered damage after dropping on concrete I made the decision to go with Powerbeats pro. Great decision so far these are far superior even without the noise cancelling. Music quality are round is very impressive, brilliant punchy base and they don't fall out of your ears!!
