Physical Address Required: We kindly request you provide a physical address, as we are unable to ship to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
Delivery Timeframes: Our standard delivery typically occurs within 3-8 business days. However, for rural areas or during unforeseen delays (like adverse weather events or peak periods), please anticipate a delivery timeframe of up to 12 business days.
Multiple Deliveries: If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately. The remaining items usually arrive within 2-5 business days from the receipt of the first item. You can track each item's progress on the courier's website.

Warranty Policy
Ozzie Energy offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Ozzie Energy warrants its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Ozzie Energy, we can offer solve solutions: repair the products, or provide replacement parts, or arrange a full replacement. The warranty period for commercial use is 3 months.
Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
We do our best to package the products to avoid mishandled or damaged in transit. However, should your item not function on arrival you are entitled to return the product to us for a full refund, repair, or replacement at your request. The item needs to be returned and inspected prior to the resolution being provided.
60 Day Returns Policy
Here at Ozzie Energy, we take customer satisfaction seriously and want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you change your mind about any of the products you purchase from us, simply contact us in writing within 60 days to be guided through getting a refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, in original and re-saleable condition. The original shipping cost plus a 30% restocking fee will be deducted.
If the item has sustained damage in transit, or is not returned as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
