Got it on sale. Already used it for a roast, and homemade pie to check it’s use. Excellent! It has a small clasp that secures the lid which means I take a little more care opening and closing the lid than usual, but I’ll adjust to that. No extender ring but will work with that also. Negatives dealt with, it cooks just lovely. The less oil the better - yey. Does a nice colour and good crisp. Reduces the time and temp to cook. And it’s accompanied by a manual containing directions, and suggestions for cooking particular recipes - which I am impressed with.
