Poly CCX 500 offers a native Microsoft Teams experience for everyday use in the office by knowledge workers. CCX 500 uses Android 9 with a 5" touchscreen display in portrait for a familiar, smartphone-like interface. The phone includes Poly's legendary audio technologies like HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity. You also get Acoustic Fence, a class-leading background noise reduction technology that sets a virtual "fence" around the conversation and eliminates noise beyond that. Connect a wireless headset using the built-in Bluetooth radio. If you want to connect the phone to Wi-Fi, use a Wi-Fi dongle (not included). CCX 500 has one USB-A port and one USB-C port. It has a dedicated Microsoft Teams button to improve efficiency when you want to collaborate. CCX 500 supports both Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.
