A PS4 or PS5 console with a wired connection via a LAN cable is recommended. In PS4 games streamed via Remote Play, haptic feedback is replaced with basic rumble and adaptive triggers are not supported.

If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, EB Games cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by EB Games, the manufacturer or their service agent. EB Games will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
