The Avanti pizza baking stone gives your baking that professional touch. The sturdy ceramic disc absorbs excess moisture and distributes the heat evenly, producing light crispy crusts just like an authentic brick pizza oven. Use the stone to bake crusty bread, crunchie cookies, crispy pizzas & tortillas. You'll be delighted with the results.

The baking stone is safe to use in conventional and microwave ovens. Extreme temperature changes can crack the natural ceramic disc, it is always best to place the stone in the oven as it pre-heats, never put a hot baking stone straight into cold water or the freezer. Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended as the porous surface will absorb dishwasher soap.
