 Each QR code can be used once. Pixicade includes 2 QR codes so you can create 2 accounts or scan both codes on a single account. Each QR code lets you create 600 games.

Accounts can only be logged into one device at a time. If you login on another device, you will be logged off the first device.

Q:Â Is Pixicade compatible with IOS, Android or Amazon Fire devices?
Yes, the app is compatible with smart phones, and tablets. To use the Pixicade app, the device must have a continuous internet connection through WIFI, data or mobile hotspot.

The Pixicade app can be downloaded for free and you can enjoy UNLIMITED & FREE PLAY of the games you create, and 1000s more created by the Pixicade community! Plus everything you need is included to create up to 1200 of your own games. However if you wish to create even more games, you can purchase additional games on the app.

Q:Â Does Pixicade require parental consent?
Users under the age of 13 will be able to use the camera and create games once they have parental consent. Users under 13 will also only see games that are approved as safe by the Pixicade team and games created within their friend group.

Q:Â What kind of edits and powerups can I use to enhance my game?
To level up and enhance games, a range of edits and powerups can be added to any non-shared game. These include resize and rotate, move and remove, change a colour, make moving platforms, make objects rotate, add projectiles and more.

Q:Â Can I share my game with friends and family?
Yes, it's so easy to share games to friends and family. Sharing a game will automatically create and copy the game link onto your devices clip board. All you have to do is paste the link & send! Games shared through a link can be played in a web browser, so your friends or family don't even need the Pixicade app to play.

Pixicade is suitable for any ages 6 years and older. Children aged 6-9 years old may require some parental assistance to help create the Pixicade games. While Children 10 years and older should not require any assistance.Â

Consumer Satisfaction Guarantee
If not satisfied with the product for any reason, return the product to seller within 30 days of the date of invoice.
This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to a product damaged by abuse, improper or abnormal usage by customer or a third party, or a product damaged by a repair provided by a person not authorised by seller. No refund will be payable to customer until seller has inspected the returned product and determined that the terms of this guarantee have been satisfied.
Damaged Products
Customer must inspect the product on delivery and satisfy itself that the product is not damaged. If the product is damaged, customer must notify seller and must provide evidence of the damage, such as by way of photographs.
Seller does not accept liability for products lost or damaged in the mail or by customer.
Customer must comply with the 'Return of Products' requirements below when returning any damaged product.
Return of Products
Customer must return the product in its original packaging. Items must be returned unused with all original accessories and contents, by registered post to seller within 30 days of the date of invoice to obtain a refund or, return postage at customer’s expense. Please contact the seller to obtain a Return Authorisation before goods can be returned.
For faulty or incorrectly delivered items please contact the seller for return or replacement instructions.
Refunds and returns or replacements do not include postage and/or handling charges and all such charges are at customer’s cost unless we otherwise agree in writing.
Except where required by law or in accordance with this clause, seller is not obliged to accept any return of products. If seller does not accept the return of the product, seller will contact customer in writing.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
