After years of experience at our family owned mushroom farm we have mastered the technique. We use locally sourced sawdust and under controlled conditions inoculate it with mushroom mycelium. We guarantee results!

How Do I Grow It?

• First, open the box and cut an X in the bag as indicated. Keep your grow kit in a safe place out of direct sunlight, ideally with temperatures ranging from 18°C to 30°C. Mist the cut 1-3 times a day ensuring there is plenty of moisture.

• After some time you will begin to see small dense clumps of mycelium developing at the cut. This is where it gets fun! These little clumps will slowly inflate over 7-14 days into full-sized Pink Oyster Mushrooms.

• You want to harvest right before the margin of the mushroom cap begins unfurling toward the sky and the mushroom becomes trumpet-shaped. If you wait a little too long, there’s no harm done! The mushrooms are still delicious. Over the next two months, you can expect another 2-3 flushes if the conditions allow!
