Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your order contains faulty or items different from what you ordered, please contact us. You will need to provide clear photos of everything you received and the nature of the fault.
Exchanges
If you have received your order and would like to exchange it for an alternate item, you will need complete the returns process. You will need cover the return postage and the cost to deliver the exchanged product to you.
Unsatisfied
If you are not satisfied with the products received, return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in an original and resalable condition you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the return postage costs.
Used or Open Products
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot refund or exchange items that appear have been used, opened or are not in original condition. We can return these items to you; however, you may need to cover the delivery cost.
