  • Christmas Delivery: Orders placed up to 11/12/2024 will be delivered on or before the 24th December. Orders after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas. Orders between Christmas and New Year could take longer than advertised.

  • RETURN: All returns must be authorised or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us. We only accept returns via courier to our return address.

  • I was so disappointed in this product as my little dog can't fit in large size. Also it is so flat nothing like advertising and certainly not worth $70 I paid.. I was given $40 refund.

  • Bed is comfortable and warm without being hot. However, as usual, the bed does not sit like the photo! I mistakenly thought there was some stiffening in the hood to keep it up. No it sits flat and my dog does not like burrowing to get under the hood. I guess I will have to figure out a way to keep it up as she will not use it as is.

  • A lovely soft pet bed. I bought this for one of my elderly cats, but so far she hasn't taken a lot of interest in it.

  • So soft and fluffy with beautiful colouring. My puppy loves the fur feel and the cover is perfect

  • Ok they snuggle all day when its cold they love them
