Period cups don't need to be intimidating or complicated with a million sizes, rules and a huge amount of $$

We have 2 types.

They both work for anyone who uses Regular to Maxi tampons but who is looking to find a better solution for your wallet and the environment.

We suggest purchasing both as we keep our prices affordable. Once you add one the other will discount automatically.

1-2 cups is all you need for your period as you can reuse and sanitise when your period is over.

The wide one will hold more liquid than the tapered so preferable to use on heavier days while the tapered one can feel a little more comfortable; although if you insert properly, you shouldn't really feel the cup at all much like a tampon.

Shipping Details

Products are shipped from our QLD warehouse and aim to ship out the following day.

We currently use AusPost, standard shipping times apply.

Metro: 1-4 business days
Regional: 2-6 business days

Faulty item/replacements:

If your Comfee still isn't working as intended then contact us via email or social media, and one of our friendly staff will get back to you asap with a replacement item after we run through a few common issues.

If your item is faulty you can get a replacement. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Just contact us via our contact us page or through social media. Comfee Pain Relief Products on FaceBook or Instagram.

Refunds:

Refunds can be given on products in good condition with original undamaged packaging within 120 days of purchase, if the product doesn't work for you. Items must be posted back (with tracking) to our warehouse in QLD. Item must be posted out before the 120 days has expired.

Any package that arrives with damaged goods, damaged or no packaging or over the 120 days will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be given.

Warranty:

All Comfee Relief products come with a full 1 year replacement warranty.
