Peppermint Essential Oil 100mL has a reviving minty aroma. It can support temporary relief to symptoms associated with headaches, migraines, cold and flu, sinusitis and catarrh. Peppermint oil is reassuring, cleansing and refreshing to for mind and body. Peppermint oil that may relieve digestive complaints including irritable bowl syndrome, nausea, and constipation. Peppermint has anti-bacterial properties that can be used as a tonic remedy for itchy skin or hair conditions. Peppermint oil has to be used with caution. High levels of Peppermint oil may have a toxic effect on the body. Peppermint oil can be combined with a carrier oil for massage, added to a hot bath or used with a vaporiser. Combine with the following essential oils for an aromatherapy remedy to combat nausea:

Lavender
Mandarin
Rose
Sandalwood

Directions of use:

Vaporiser: Add 10 -15 drops of the essential oil to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser. No water required. For further instructions please refer to the box.
Bath: To minimise the risk of skin irritations in the bath, you can use Glycerine (which is a water dispersible agent) to dissolve the essential oils into the water.
Inhaling: Add 6 drops of the essential oil to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale for 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed.
Massage/Skin application: Normally used only when instructed by a health care professional or where specifically recommended. Small localised area only.
