To be eligible for a return/ exchange/ refunds requests, your item must be in a saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging and as sold. Shipping cost of the return items are covered by the buyer.

The shipping fee of your order is not refundable. Unexpected delays of delivery will not be accepted as a reason for refund of the shipping fee nor the order itself.

Faulty Item/ Damaged Parcel: The best thing to do is to take a photo of the damage and forward it us as soon as possible, so we can take next steps in fixing the issue.We need the photo to clearly show:

The damaged item.

Received Incorrect Item: Please contact us immediately if you received incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (*shipping cost of returns of incorrect items will be covered by us.)
