STORMS ON THE HORIZON For centuries, the Dutch have relied upon a series of dikes and wind-powered pumps to keep water from invading their lands. But with a quarter of the Netherlands reclaimed from the sea and the population constantly expanding, a new system is needed to hold back the ever-encroaching waters. In Pandemic: Rising Tide, you and your friends play as a team of Dutch civil officials helping to modernize the water containment system. Your ultimate goal is to construct four hydraulic structures that will ensure the safety of the Dutch people for generations to come. To accomplish this task, however, you must first buy yourself enough time by building dikes to control water flow, ports to facilitate travel, and windmills to pump the water out of flooded lands. But proceed with caution. A single misstep could send water spilling across the countryside. Choose your actions carefully, work as a team, and usher in the Industrial Age! MORE WATER, MORE PROBLEMS Combining the addictive cooperative gameplay of Pandemic with innovative new mechanics, Pandemic: Rising Tide takes players on an exciting journey across the Netherlands. As you sail these water-filled regions, you'll be faced with a variety of problems caused by flooding and Rising Tide provides a variety of objectives to simulate this. Beyond building the four hydraulic structures, your team might be tasked with expanding the Dutch population into areas threatened by storm waters, constructing water pumps to protect the country's valuable textile industry, or building ports along the Maas River. Each game features a new combination of Objective cards, creating a unique scenario every time you play. To improve your team's chances of completing them, every player takes on a specific role with special abilities. Join together, play to your characters' strengths, and stem the tide! Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
