All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).

All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.
