All parcels come with a tracking number and do not require a signature upon delivery, allowing them to be left in a safe place.
We partner with courier companies such as Australia Post, Aramex, Couriersplease.
Delivery may take 3 - 10 business days.
1 Damaged or Faulty Product: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will cover the return postage, and you can return it for a full refund.
2 Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned product in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price.

It has worked wonders in making Wally' to just go to the toilet and get out and when he does wet kitty litter doesn't come with him.

This thing really decreases litter scatterings. It reduces mess by at least 40%. If your cat or pet scatters left over litter all over your floor, this will save you your sanity and cleaning energy, I was hesitant cause I thought it wasn't long enough or wouldn't work as well as I had hoped but it was a great buy. My cat loves the plastic comb that came with it too. The cat doesn't mind the mat at all, she doesn't get her claws caught in it, just another surface for her to walk and lay on as far as she is concerned.
