Most products come with a 30-day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If you receive an item damaged, you must contact us ASAP to receiving the order. This is because couriers don't accept insurance claims if lodged late. The shipping charges for warranty purposes are to be paid by the customer.

It is so smart and nicely designed. Helps to monitor the oxygen level instantly. It is convenient & not heavy. Best is the data can be uploaded to computer for record.

So far its working OK. Last night it dropped its time & went back to the reset values, so I lost the changes I made. I will keep monitoring this to see if I have a faulty unit. The supply company, Ozismart, sent it promptly, with a thank you 'free gift', a smart phone stand. Unfortunately the giftbox was empty, I am awaiting a reply from them after leaving a call message & enquiry. Their email address on their website is not working. So, I am a bit nervous as to what happens next?
