The 3-part design combines a large 4 Cup measure jug with a removable strainer and easy-release pouring valve that makes serving sauces and gravies as mess-free as possible. Simply pour the gravy through the strainer and into the jug, allowing the strainer to collect any large pieces like garlic and onion or bone, then wait for the fat to rise to the top of the jug before pulling the release on the handle to dispense from the base.
