Our castor oil (massage oil) contains castor seed oil, propylene glycol fatty acid, and lauric acid. It can nourish and protect hair, improve the health of hair follicles, promote hair growth, nourish hair, make hair black and shiny, and be quickly absorbed by the skin, lock skin moisture, and make the skin more hydrated and smooth. Its usage is very simple: as a hair care oil, before washing your hair, apply an appropriate amount of this product evenly on your hair, and then wash it off with shampoo after 15 minutes. As a body oil, you can mix it with body lotion and apply it all over your body after bathing. As a makeup remover, first apply an appropriate amount evenly on your face, wait for 1-2 minutes, and then wash it off after the makeup is emulsified. It can even out skin tone, reduce cuticles, deeply moisturize the skin, and make the skin shiny and translucent.

Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
