We recommend taking Lion's Mane and Chaga Mushroom Powder in the early morning for brain rejuvenation and to heal the gut. Take Reishi mushroom powder one hour before bed to calm the mind, rebalance the soul, and improve sleep quality.
Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 60 days.
