Aromatik provides 14 days piece of mind for the customers. No questions asked, If the purchased item does not meet your expectations, Aromatik will refund 100% of your purchase price. We believe returns should be easier and seamless so we will not ask any questions. However, Aromatik may charge a one off $10 restocking fees.
Note: Aromatik will accept returns in most cases, but cannot accept any returns or exchange if the products have been used, different from its original form due to resale issues However we will work with you to provide store credit in most cases.
Warranty Policy:
All the products that have been sent to you will come with a 12-month warranty and Electronic Invoice sent to you.
Aromatik provides 12-month warranty on every product purchased. We will repair or replace any product which has a manufacturing fault except normal wear and tear.
Every product goes through Aromatik’s quality checks before shipping to you, we take every possible effort to ensure you get product in perfect condition. However due to unforeseen circumstances and in any event during transit any item gets damaged or not in the condition that you bought, please contact us.
We do not provide warranty on altered, misused or general wear and tear items. Items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded outside the warranty period.
