If you have multiple BHyve timers, Bluetooth meshing allows the timers to communicate with each other to ensure they don't water simultaneously.

Our primary method is shipping is Australia Post eParcel service. We also use a variety of other transport carriers for particular items and regions. Delivery time is 2-10 business days unless otherwise advised. We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses.
DELIVERY
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
By default goods will be sent with "Authority to Leave". This means that if no one is available to sign for a delivery the courier will leave the parcel at the premises if deemed reasonably secure. If you do not wish for the parcel to be left without being signed for you must indicate this clearly in the order comments. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are subject to additional postage charges for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Unsigned delivery is available for most of our product range. Some products may not be eligible for unsigned delivery and if this is the case our Customer Service team will advise you by email and / or phone.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
