myEasyAssist allows your EasyFlip to be remotely programmed, located and backed up via our custom designed web platform. This not only assists in the set up of the phone but ongoing programming (eg reminders) and troubleshooting.

Warranty Policy
All new products sold by Personal Digital come with Australian Manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults, excluding any misuse of the product (Physical or liquid damage etc). Usually this period is 12 - 24 months depending on the item. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims. We can do this claim for you too, however may take a little longer.
Returns Policy
1 . If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, less any restocking fee, if any.
2. If you cancel after we have dispatched the Goods(with 14 days of Receiving the item) , we will refund the price of the goods ONLY, less any restocking fee, if any. The goods must be returned in the SAME condition you received them in.
3. The option to cancel your order is not available if the Goods are:
