All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast QLD warehouse. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm (excluding major holidays). Providing us with your correct delivery address to ensure your parcel arrives safely. A late change in address may incur an additional fee. Once orders have been despatched, we are unable to re-direct deliveries. Orders are subject to stock availability.

Not to stress if something happens with your order in transit or you simply change your mind. If your product/s are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will happily provide you with a full replacement.
