External Use
- Vegetable/Fruit Wash
Sink Washing - Add 30 drops or more of Nutribiotic Traveler's Friend to a sink full of cold water. Briefly soak any vegetables or fruit. Rinse.
Spray Washing - Add 20 drops or more of Nutribiotic Traveler's Friend to a 900 ml spray bottle of water. Spray on any vegetables or fruit. Rinse. - Dish and Utensil Cleaning Additive
Add 15-30 drops of Nutribiotic Traveler's Friend to sink dishwashing water or to final rinse. - Cutting Board Cleaner
Apply 10-20 drops of Nutribiotic Traveler's Friend to cutting board and work into entire board with a wet sponge or dish cloth. Leave on for several minutes. Rinse with water. - All Purpose Cleaner
Add 30-60 drops of Nutribiotic Traveler's Friend to a 900 ml spray bottle of water. Use on kitchen countertops and bathroom fixtures around the house.
Personal Care Use

Stir 3 drops of Nutribiotic Traveler's Friend into a 200ml glass of water. Vigorously swish a small amount of the water for 10 seconds or more, 1-2 times daily. - Throat Gargle
Stir 3 drops of Nutribiotic Traveler's Friend into a 200ml glass of water. Gargle several times. Use as needed. - Ear Rinse
Thoroughly mix 4-10 drops of Nutribiotic Traveler's Friend with 30ml of glycerin. Apply 1-2 drops of diluted solution in affected ear 1-2 times daily. Do not use full strength in ears. - Facial Cleanser (normal skin and acne)
Thoroughly moisten (splash) face with warm or cool water. With hands still wet, apply 2-3 drops of Nutibiotic Traveler's Friend to fingertips and gently massage facial area with circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry.
Suggested Use
For water treatment, add 10 drops of Nutribiotic Traveler’s Friend per litre; 3-5 drops per a 250ml glass. Allow treated water to stand for at least 10 minutes before consuming. As an added benefit, rinse fruits and vegetables in the treated water. Never use full strength and always use the safest drinking water available.
