Delivery address

A carrier may be able to redirect your order to a different address but we do not guarantee that this can be done. You should contact the carrier directly.

Your authority to leave

You agree that your orders include an authority to leave. This means that carriers can leave your order unattended at your delivery address without a signature. Please note that if a carrier determines that the location is not secure, they may decide not leave your order unattended and deliver it to a collection point. Return of orders/delivery failure

If your order is returned to us for any reason, we may in our sole discretion provide you with a refund or a credit note for the price of the order less the delivery fee and a restocking fee.
