Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Great air fryer especially for cooking steaks and roast pork with crackle and beef. Easy clean as just rise and put in the dishwasher however the non-stick coating on the air fryer basket and tray have chipped in the dishwasher so this is a little disappointing but overall I happy with my purchase.

I had an excellent experience with MyDeal my product arrived very quickly customer service is great. When they delivered the parcel I wasn’t home and MyDeal straightaway notified me about the failed delivery. My purchase was the Ninja Foodi Airgrill. Very happy with it good quality product. I recommend it for people who don’t like to use bbq or don’t have room for it. So far only used the grill and air fryer function. Very pleased with the results chicken wings and drumsticks are so crispy and the burgers looked like they were grilled in a bbq (char marks)tasting yummy too.

Best air fryer/ oven I have ever used. Air frying is quite quick compared to my other ones I’ve got and the finish on the food is amazing. Would recommend.

My husband and I started carnivore diet and this grill has been the best thing ever. It’s big enough to fit two steaks and the taste of grilled meat is superb! So far no complains.

My 18 year old took to it like a duck to water. He uses it a couple of times every day. I love that it is faster, has a splatter guard, is easy to clean, easy to use, can go over 200°c where many others do not, and keeps my son happy too!!!
