Brands Direct Online will offer refund/ exchange within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Proof of purchase is required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge and return items back to BDO will be at the customers expense.

No refund applies if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition or goods have been installed or attempted to be installed.

In transit Damages or Missing Goods:

If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online immediately of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement.

Delivery Policies:

Brands Direct Online deliver to all Australian Capital Cities and Major Regional Centres. However, a surcharge may apply for WA, NT, TAS & some Remote and Regional Areas, please contact us with your Address (postcode included).

Only ship within Australia.
Delivery is via Australia Post or Third party couriers such as Direct Freight, Jets Couriers, Startrack and TNT/Fedex Australia.
Delivery is Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM ONLY, DELIVERY IS TO DOOR ONLY
Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist driver in unloading, the delivery driver will not carry large items up or downstairs
Products must be signed for at time of delivery. Alternatively, buyer may request an authority to leave (ATL) your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.
