10-Years Warranty
Your Nere luggage is warranted against the unlikely event of faults occurring due to defective workmanship and/or materials within 10 years from the date of purchase. If you wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must promptly return any faulty luggage to us by contacting customer service with your original purchase receipt no later than 10 years from the date of purchase. The item will then be sent to our repairer for evaluation and if the damage is deemed to be due to defective workmanship and/or materials then we will gladly honour the warranty by repairing or replacing any faulty luggage free of charge.
Change of Mind
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the items within 30 days of receipt via Australia Post. Please note we are unable to refund the cost of postage and packing of an unwanted or unsuitable purchase(s). In returning items, please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Refunds can only be processed to the same credit card that was used in the purchase transaction.
Securely repack the items being returned in the original packaging. Please ensure you receive a certificate of posting or use a tracked service. The Certificate of Posting should be kept in a safe place as it bears a unique reference number used to trace your parcel should it fail to be delivered to us. Please wait for up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Also, we will be unable to make a refund in the event that your parcel is lost without sighting Your Certificate of Posting.
