The road ahead is clear with the MiVue™ 170 SAFETY. This dash cam produces high quality and accurate footage with optimised day/night vision, a 140-degree field of view that is GPS tagged to provide accurate information about exactly where an incident occurred and what speed was involved, and 3-Axis G-Sensor for direction of impact. With recording set at 60 frames per second, details like make, model and number plates can be identified, even if the other car was travelling at speed. 

You’ll also get safety camera alerts including premium alerts reminding you about upcoming speed cameras, school zones, railway crossings, change of speed zones on off ramps and on ramps on motorways and driver fatigue alerts. The MiVue™ 170 SAFETY has a 2.7” LCD screen and a high quality wide-angle multi-layer glass lens. You can also use “eco drive mode” which measures how efficiently your vehicle is being used. The MiVue™ 170 SAFETY is ‘parking mode compatible’ which means, with the addition of a SmartBox accessory your vehicle will continue to be protected, even when the engine is switched off. Download and view footage using MiVue Manager on PC or Mac. It supports a microSD card up to 128GB (not included).

Records high definition videos in 1080P Full HD resolution at 60 FPS to capture faster moving objects clearly on H.264 compression so you can record and save more.

Safety Camera Alerts
Audible alerts of approaching fixed speed and red light cameras. It can accept custom safety camera alerts and locations too.

GPS Tagged Video
Record your position wherever you go. The built-in high sensitivity GPS receiver automatically records your driving information including location, direction and speed.

WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) Provides automatic optical adjustment with enhanced video quality to capture a wide range of details in challenging lighting (dark or bright) conditions.

3-Axis G-Sensor 
The 3-Axis G-Sensor, in the event of a collision shows the direction the impact came from, providing more information on how an impact happened.

Event Recording Mode

MiVue™ Manager
The MiVue™ Manager desktop tool allows you to view the video clips recorded from your MiVue™ device. It displays all recorded GPS co-ordinates, speed and G-sensor readings.

Navman Dash Cameras are compatible with Class 10 UHS 1 to UHS 3 microSD cards. We recommend cards from the endurance range as they are specifically designed and built for high intensity recording devices such as Dash Cameras.
