No Added: Gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Each capsule contains:

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root powder

440mg

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as professionally prescribed.
Cautions:
Not recommended while pregnant or breast feeding.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
