We prioritize fast processing to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, a tracking code will be provided for you to monitor the delivery status.
If you haven’t received your products within 1 to 1.5 weeks after receiving the tracking code, please contact us immediately.
Change of Mind Returns:

To ensure food safety—especially as our products cater to highly sensitive consumer groups including babies and seniors—we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Failed delivery attempt:
We recommend avoiding PO boxes or delivery methods where no one is available to receive the order. If the courier determines that the delivery attempts have failed and the products are returned to us, a return fee may apply.
