Ice Blonde Anti-Yellow Conditioner revives cool blonde hair tones in colour-treated, lightened or grey hair types. The nourishing formula contains concentrated Violet and Blue Pigments to help counteract unwanted gold/brassy tones. Enriched with Aloe Vera, Omega 9 and strengthening Iceplex Bond Builder technology�, a supercharged complex of Amino Acids designed to build keratin, penetrating into the hair cortex and restoring it from within.

How To Use:

Following the use of Ice Blonde Anti-Yellow Shampoo, apply a small amount of ice Blonde Anti-Yellow Conditioner. Distribute evenly throughout the hair using a wide tooth comb for best results. Leave in the hair for 2-3 minutes for maximum toning and rinse thoroughly. Maintain result with Ice Blonde Anti-Yellow Detangler daily to protect and lock in colour. For external use only. Do not use on broken or infected skin. Discontinue use if irritation should occur. Avoid contact with eyes, should this occur, rinse immediately.

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 2 business days after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Please note: We do not ship on Australian public holidays.

Metro: 1-5 business days
Regional: 1-10 business days

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Change of Mind "14 days from the date the order is received"

If your product is faulty or damaged and is covered by a warranty period, you can simply return the product by contacting us via Messaging System, to obtain the return address. Please make sure that the item must be returned along with your original receipt. Depending on the warranty provided by the manufacturer will depend on whether they will repair or replace the faulty item.

If we find that the product is not faulty or damaged, it is your responsibility to retrieve item(s). Fresh Body will not pay to send these items back to you. Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

If the product has left the store we can no longer guarantee that the product has not been tampered with or left out in the sun which may change the products components causing it to no longer be effective in doing what it was designed to do. Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.

All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 14 days of Delivery, except when an item is faulty and covered by a warranty period. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that Fresh Body deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the mentioned timeframe. Fresh Body will not pay to return items in unacceptable condition. Fresh Body takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post. Coupon codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once Fresh Body receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it. We are unable to deliver to pre-booked warehouse or distribution centres or any service where the receiver is not present to sign for the delivery.
