Our Roo Tails are naturally dried, not cooked and have been cut to optimal width and length to require plenty of chewing and gnawing which is a great way to keep your dog’s teeth clean and their brain stimulated.

Directions & Dosages
Whilst being packed with nutritional benefits, NAS Roo Tails are designed to be supplementary to your pet’s daily diet and should always be given together with plenty of fresh, clean drinking water. We recommend giving your dog no more than 3 a week and no more than 1 in any one day.
Any small fragments of bone should be removed once the treat has been gnawed down to that level and pet should not be left unsupervised when being given the treat.
Storage: Should be stored under 25 degrees and kept in the sealed pouch out of direct sunlight and should be consumed within 12 months of purchase.

Squizzys Online reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.
Change of Mind:
Squizzys Online will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

All returns are subject to inspection by Squizzys Online and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
No liability will be attached to Squizzys Online for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry.
Warranty:
If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
