How to use

1. After polishing for car paint,ensure the surface dry and cleaning, put the coating on the coating sponge (5-10 drops) and then apply evenly, horizontal, first then vertical , apply on every sections and corners. No need apply it too heavy.
2. Wait 5-20 mins (it depends on the weather of your country),then use softer and new dry microfiber to wipe off the coating which left on the surface. At 30° C. (86° F), wait 5-10 min. At 20° C (67° F), wait 15 min. At 15°C (59° F) wait 20 minutes.
3. Then wipe off gently with soft microfiber towel with short looped fibers. Avoid re-using the wipe off microfiber towels because they will harden and crystallize.
4. Let dry for 1hour at 25° C (77° F) or 3 hours at 15° C (59° F).
5. The coating will dry completely within 24 hours. You have the option of accelerating the cure time by using IR lights.
6. During the first 10 minutes, apply Ceramic Coating to any spots that were missed. After 10 minutes, do not try to re-fill missing spots; it will stain the paint.
7. Apply 2 layers for more durability! Wait 1-2 hours for first layer to dry before applying second layer.
RE-COATING
1. We strongly recommend to coat your car with 1-2 layers, this will give more thickness, durability and hardness.
2. After 1-2 hours you can coat the second layer.
3. The scratch resistance and high gloss will be enhanced every time when you apply a new layer on the surface.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Delivery Information

Deliveries, whether standard or express, are made to the ground floor level only (excluding stairs).
For special requests, such as two-person delivery, deliveries involving stairs, or lifts, please contact us before placing your order.
Standard delivery with a tracking number typically takes 10-12 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and circumstances.
Couriers operate Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Weekend deliveries may occur in rare cases during high freight volumes.

Shipping Address Requirements

Large Item Orders

Delivery Issues

If you encounter issues with your delivery:
- Take photographic evidence on the day of delivery and notify us immediately for courier review.
- For non-delivery claims, contact us as soon as possible and we will lodged an investigations with the courier on the same day of reported.
If your order is not delivered within the standard transit time (which may be extended during peak periods), contact us to lodge an enquiry with the courier.
If you're sending a valuable item, you should take out Extra Cover for extra peace of mind.
Extra Cover provides loss or damage cover from the value of the service up to $5,000, and can be used to cover valuable items.1

Product Warranty Period & Change of Mind Returns

Warranty Claims

If a product issue is notified within the applicable warranty period, we will provide after-sales service, including replacement or refund upon receiving the returned product within a reasonable timeframe.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, we do not accept change of mind returns for used products or order cancellations.
