DIRECTIONS
To assess individual tolerance, refer to the chart below. Once tolerance has been assessed, take 1 capsule with water 3 times daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your meals.Do not snack between meals. For best results, combine with diet and training. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 1 capsule in a 3-hour period. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24-hour period. Drink 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided.
- Day 1 - 1 capsule, 1x daily
- Day 2 & 3 - 1 capsule, 2x dally
- Day 4 & Beyond - 1 capsule, 3x dally
