AIR ACTUATED JACK 2 STAGE

This product is designed for heavy duty truck,
trailer workshop shop use, rail and bus work
and even for roadside service calls.
The narrow chassis design fits easily between
tandem wheels, while the chassis base is
contoured so wheels make contact
with the ground when the jack is not under
load.
Wheels are raised off the ground when
under load to prevent damage.
The overload and bypass safety valves
prevent the jack from being used beyond
its rated capacity and ram over-extensions.
The jack has a self-retracting ram, as well
as an integrated filter to protect the air motor.

The piston head seal design is borrowed
from industrial technology providing a
superior low and high-pressure seal, giving
this jack a much better hold under severe
load conditions.
The extra-long 138cm handle can be locked
in 3 positions for easy positioning of this
jack in hard-to-reach places.
An integral Descent Metering Valve
maintains a controlled and safe lowering
of the load.
Single piece base construction provides
superior strength for increased load stability
Double polished chromed pistons allow for
much tighter tolerances which reduce oil
bypassing and reduced ram scoring.
Air assisted lowering speeds up ram retraction.
Built-in overload safety valve prevents
damage to unit due to excessive load.
Comes with 2 extensions (75mm & 45mm)
and saddle adaptor.
Units are tested to -25˚C and +45˚C as well
as off centre loading to ensure a long life under
even the harshest conditions.

We ship across Australia and use a centralised delivery broker that identifies the best courier service option for your delivery. All deliveries have tracking information provided to view the status of your delivery. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

Delivery of Large, Bulky and Palletised Items

PLEASE NOTE: Some items cannot be lifted by hand. If the item is heavier than 30kg it will be shipped on a skid and a forklift will be required to unload at the destination. These items are often difficult to deliver to residential addresses and collection from your nearest Depot, Drop Off Point, Supplied Business Address or Farm, can be made.

If customers don't have the means to unload, Please contact us to arrange the best option for you.

We are unable to delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers (please provide a residential or business address at checkout). We strongly advise all customers that they provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours.

All courier companies will attempt delivery of your goods once. If no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left. A re-delivery will incur extra charges. All second deliveries need to be directly organised with the courier company and paid for before the goods are delivered.

WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 12-month warranty on all products used for private household use and a 3-month warranty for commercial use from the date of purchase. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty terms and period.

Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

Warranty is considered void if there is mishandling product during transportation after pickup or truck delivery to the buyer's premises.

Warranty Process:

You must produce the original invoice or other proof of purchase document disclosing the purchase date.
All costs of return postage, transport and freight, travelling expenses, hiring tools, labors in fitting parts are paid by the customers.
Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories )such as hoses, clutches, spray guns, brass head pumps, blades, tines, etc.) are not covered by our standard warranty once used. If you have an issue with parts or consumable components please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Faulty Product

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received a faulty product. We will need to assess whether the fault is a major or minor fault and will either arrange for the product to be repaired or replace. Some manufacturers require us to send fault items to them for assessment before we can give you a replacement.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned at buyer's cost in new condition (not being used) and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from our customer service.

Customer Service

Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via phone or your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. If you do without instructions, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

When a return is authorized, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, or replacement items at our discretion.

Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
