Pale green/straw colour. Citrus fruits are the hero with quite a deal of depth to the nose and some stone fruit notes sneaking through. Flavoursome mouthfuls of citrus and stone fruit are the hosts and blend seamlessly to create a silky rich mid palate which is voluptuous and well rounded. Some subtle hints of freshly cut grass give an interesting side note whilst crisp acidity bounds the palate into a beautiful complex and drinkable wine.

Medium Straw in colour. White peach typical of Adelaide Hills chardonnay with citrus and melon. Lovely length and structure with flavours of white peach, citrus, melon and oak all play a pivotal role to the balance achieved. This wine is a great example of a fresh flavoursome Adelaide Hills Chardonnay with little influence from the winemaker, which allows the talent of the grower to shine, as the vineyard is where truly great wines are made.

Saturated gold to straw. Aromatically brilliant with wonderful varietal definition and regionality with natural fruit and measured oak complexity. The palate is medium bodied in its youth with balanced flavours of melon, papaya, peach and apple whilst some lovely interwoven notes of nutty smoky oak from French oak influence. Will drink well now although will age well and develop more complexity over the next 4 years at least.

Highly aromatic style showing lovely notes of tropical fruit highlighted by peach, mango and citrus blossom.Fruit driven unoaked style reflecting characters on nose perfectly with peach, fresh mango, and cream. Overall fine and creamy with a touch of nuttiness and zingy citrus. A refreshing wine with beautiful natural fruit acidity providing length and the finish is savory and textural.
