Motta Coffee Distributor Leveller - Red Stainless

This Motta coffee tamper is what every barista could benefit from. The result is proper extraction, avoiding the creation of "tunnels" and consistent espresso. Great when using with a naked portafilter.

HOW DOES IT WORK
After dispensing the ground coffee into the filter basket of the group handle, apply the aligner and twist it 2 to 4 times without pressing it. The profiled bottom of the straightener distributes the coffee as evenly as possible. Then compress the coffee with a classic tamper.

The aligner is rigid, made of high quality stainless steel and plastic. The top / "handle" is decorated with the "Motta" logo and a cat image.
