First, start with our specially formulated Snow Foam Detergent, designed to break down dirt, grime, and grease without damaging your bike's paint or chrome. Simply mix 50mL of the solution with water and apply it with the included 5 Finger Wash Mitt or agitate with the Red Soft-Bristled Brush. If you're struggling to remove tar off your fairings, Tar Remover can be sprayed, left to sit for a few minutes before agitating. 

Next, tackle those hard-to-reach areas with our 5 Detailing Brush Set, which includes a variety of brushes in different sizes and shapes to clean wheels, spokes, chains, and other intricate areas. Team this up with Orange Degreaser for any stubborn grime. 

Grab the Black Bristle Tyre Brush along with Wheel Cleaner and proceed to spray and scrub your wheels and tyres. 

Then rinse away the suds with a hose or bucket of clean water. 

Once your bike is clean and dry, use our Waterless Wash to give your bike a glossy shine that will also leave it hydrophobic, ensuring any water will struggle to stay on your paint. A simple spray and buff dry is all you need.

Quick Tip: For quick cleans between rides, you can use Waterless Wash by spraying and wiping your bike down with clean microfibre towels, panel by panel.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in resale-able condition. We request it be in the original packaging.

Please contact us for arrangement of returns. Snow Foam will arrange return delivery unless buyer opts to use alternate shipping methods. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If Snow Foam arrange return delivery through our courier partners, the costs associated with return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and thus cannot service you without proof it has been delivered.

Items purchased from Snow Foam cannot be returned to any of our retailers.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Lost or Damaged Parcels, Parcels not delivered

When a parcel is lost in transit, Snow Foam Pty Ltd will contact the shipping company along with advising the customer to do the same on their end. If it is deemed lost, the receiver must wait until there is confirmation from the shipping company that compensation is being presented before issuing another item out to the customer or a refund can be provided. This is in the form of the parcel being located and returned or a financial reimbursement from the shipping company.

In the case of damaged parcels, Snow Foam Pty Ltd will receive the damaged parcel back and reissue a new parcel out to the customer with the same shipping speed as purchased (preferably with an alternate courier to avoid the issue continuing). 

If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, the enquiry will be sent to the postage company for proof of delivery in the form of GPS or images. If the parcel has proof of delivery, it is not the responsibility of Snow Foam Pty Ltd to cover any costs of stolen or missing packages. Snow Foam's responsibility ends when the parcel is sent with the correct courier service and it is the receivers responsibility to communicate with the shipping company from here. Snow Foam will assist out of good will, but is not responsible for the parcels when with couriers. If the parcel has no proof of delivery, Snow Foam Pty Ltd will work with the shipping company to locate the item. A refund or resend of parcel will occur once the shipping company has provided a compensation to Snow Foam Pty Ltd for the missing parcel. This usually takes 24-48 hours after lodging a missing parcel enquiry.

  • Why do we subtract the combo discount? If we don’t, you would only be returning half of the combo/kit—while still getting a full refund and keeping Item 2 for free. To get a full refund, you must return the entire combo.

  • If the combo discount is greater than the price of the item, you will not be able to refund that item by itself (the refund amount would be negative). It must be returned with other items of value.

Coverage: Snow Foam Lances, OG+ Lances, and Snow Foam Guns ("Products") sold by Snow Foam Pty Ltd or any authorised resellers, are covered by a comprehensive two-year (24-month) warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty extends to instances where the Products do not foam properly or are delivered with defective bottles.

Warranty Policy for Snow Foam E-Foamer and E-Foamer V2

The E-Foamer and E-Foamer V2 ("Products") sold by Snow Foam or any authorised resellers, are covered by a comprehensive twelve-month (12-month) warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty extends to instances where the Products do not foam properly or are delivered with defective bottles.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Duration of Warranty: The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and lasts for a period of twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) months depending on product above.

  2. Coverage Details: This warranty covers any malfunction or defect in the Products that results in improper foaming or defective bottles upon delivery.

  3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications of the Products.

  4. Claims Process:

    • To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the original sales receipt.

    • The purchaser must contact Snow Foam through the designated channels for warranty claims.

    • Snow Foam reserves the right to inspect the Products to verify the claim and determine the appropriate course of action.

    • Upon request, Snow Foam may require images of the unit for initial inspection.

  5. Resolution:

    • In the event of a valid warranty claim, Snow Foam will repair or replace the defective Product at no additional cost to the purchaser.

    • If the Product is deemed irreparable or out of stock, Snow Foam reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement or issue a refund.

  6. Shipping Costs:

    • Snow Foam will cover the shipping costs associated with repairing or replacing defective Products under warranty.

    • However, for instances of wear and tear on bottles, the purchaser is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with receiving a replacement bottle.

  7. Limitation of Liability:

    • Snow Foam shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products covered under this warranty.

    • The liability of Snow Foam under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product, as determined by Snow Foam.

  8. Modification of Terms: Snow Foam reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this warranty policy at its discretion.
