The Bambi Moodmaker Superior Alpaca Quilt is made from the finest Australian Alpaca fleece and is the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The inner cover is stitched in a diamond pattern to ensure the natural inner fibres are kept in place. This quilt comes backed with a 5-year guarantee. Available in 2 lofts and 5 sizes.

Returns Policy

We will accept returns only up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We will ONLY provide a refund or exchange if your item(s) are unopened, unused, in the original packaging with the labeling intact. Due to health regulations opened packages will not be accepted for return.

If you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the initial and return delivery fees. Please note that in the circumstance that free shipping was offered, then postage charges are the responsibility of the customer and therefore the amount refunded will exclude a postage charge of $9. Additional delivery charges for an exchange will be charged and you will need to pay the cost of all return postage before the exchange will be accepted. Please also note that a re-stocking fee may apply.

To organise a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please provide images of your product in the original packaging and we will be in touch with further details.
