RETURN POLICY
Consoles and Handheld
If you are unhappy with the product you received due to a product fault, you may send it back within 30 days of receiving for a refund. All returned items both product and packaging must be in their original and same condition as you received it. Please include a slip with your full name and reason for return inside the return package. If packaging is damaged please send us pictures immediately for us to remedy the situation.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase before we can process your return.
If 30 days have gone by since you received the items, unfortunately Games Arcadia cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Games Arcadia also does not provide a refund on products due to changing your mind, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Any international or expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will NOT be refunded. We recommend that you ship your returned products to us via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside Australia are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.
All Sale & Promotional Items are final and are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
Partial Refunds may be given if the returned item is not in it’s original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
Please allow up to 14 business days of receiving your returned product for Games Arcadia to credit the amount paid for your returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again. You may need to contact your bank if the credit does not reach your account if we are unable to resolve.
Arcade Machines
As the arcade machines are custom built to customers requirements there is a no returns policy on these machines. No returns are not possible for change of mind, for wear and tear or accidental damage or misuse caused by the customer.
Any warranty repairs needed within the 12 month period would be at the customers own expense for shipping and insurance to the warehouse. With all parts and artwork ordered from suppliers to each individual specifications, if still under warranty you may remove faulty electronics or parts at your own risk and return for a replacement. Any damages caused as a result of incorrect removal of components will not be accepted as part of the warranty claim. Any data or free software on the PC are not covered under warranty.
REFUNDS
Consoles and Handheld
If we receive a claim within the 30 days and we deem the product is defective or faulty following inspection and testing, we will approve and process your refund. The refund will be paid back into your account or credit card that the original purchase was made from less any shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will only incur the 20% restocking fee. Any returns, it is up to the purchaser to pay for their own shipping. The return shipping costs are at the purchasers own expense and will not be deducted from the refund. It is also necessary to ensure the returned item is received that tracking is included and tracking numbers are provided upon request.
Arcade Machines
No refunds will be given on arcade machines as they are custom built.
CANCELLATION

You acknowledge and agree that goods produced by us for you are bespoke, custom-made goods and orders are processed quickly after they are received. We do not allow cancellations after 24 hours when an order is placed.
Arcade Machines
Any cancellation of orders made following deposit paid in which we immediately start the build process, depending on how far the project is underway, we hold the right to charge the customer for the work, materials that have been used, commenced or purchased.
EXCHANGES
Consoles and Handheld
You are entitled to an exchange when the item has been returned, has been tested and inspected and is deemed defective or damaged. A replacement product of the same type and specs will be provided.
Please contact our customer service with your Full Name, order details and receipt or invoice to initiate an exchange. Exchanges can only be made for items that are equal or lesser in value than the original purchase item.
Arcade Machine
No exchanges on the arcade machine cabinetry or artwork. Exchanges are allowed for some parts or electronic components that are within the 12 month warranty period.
