Orders are shipped from our Sydney distribution centre within 2-3 business days after full payment is received. We partner with trusted couriers, including Australia Post, Aramex, Allied Express, Toll, and Hunter Express, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery. Estimated delivery times vary by location: 3-5 business days for VIC, 4-8 business days for NSW, SA, and ACT, and 7-10 business days for QLD, NT, WA, and TAS. While we strive for timely delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an inaccurate address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or rejection by the receiver, additional fees may apply for re-delivery. In cases of delivery delays or undeliverable postcodes, our team will provide updates and solutions, including replacements or refunds where applicable. At Auzzi Store, we accept returns under certain conditions if you change your mind about a purchase. Please note the following:
1. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order and in a resalable condition. This means it must be new, unused, unworn, unopened, and have all original packaging and tags intact, including any package seals that must remain unbroken.
2. If an item comes in sealed packages or boxes, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns if seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including the cost of return shipping. You will not be eligible for a return if we do not receive the item.
4. We will only provide a refund when we receive the returned product which meets the abovementioned requirements.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
Please note that we charge a 7% - 25% restocking fee if you change your mind about your purchase.
