The validity of our refunds and exchanges policy is 14 days from the day you have received your order.

All apparel has to be new in their original condition that is unworn, unwashed with all packaging & swing tags attached.

All footwear needs to be unworn without any scuff marks in its original box and all the packaging within.

If you discard the packaging or damage the labels, swing tags there could be additional repackaging charges or we may refuse to accept the return/exchange.

Cost of shipping the items for returning products should be paid by you and are non-refundable. Once we receive the items into our warehouse, we will inspect and issue a refund. Original cost of shipping will not be refunded, only the final value of the product will be.

A restocking fee of 10% will be applicable for all returns, this will be deducted from the original payment method that was used on MyDeal.
