Modern Flames has revamped its built-in, flush-mount conventional fireplace category with its new RedStone electric fireplace. The Redstone features our new Hybrid-FX™ flame technology maximizing the flame height in an enlarged vertical viewing area. Some of the eye-catching features include high-intensity RGB independently controlled up lighting, down lighting & flame color. Other standard features include 10 different unique colors to choose from, variable and thermostatically controlled heat, variable motor controls, timer, push-button, and remote controls. This conventional design can slide into an existing Zero Clearance wood-burning fireplace or will need 10” of depth in a wall for the built-in flush mount look. The Redstone plugs into a standard outlet and includes a 5000 BTU heater. Acrylic crystal media and driftwood logs are both standard media & the RedStone are available in sizes 30”, 36”, 42” & 54”.

Warranty:

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring due to a manufacturing defect within twenty-four months (24) from the date of purchase of the appliance, parts will be supplied for repair or the product will be replaced free of charge. Repair or replacement is at the option of Modern Flames. Labor is covered for twelve months (12) from the date of purchase. Defects must be brought to the attention of the Modern Flames Technical Service Department. Contact information is below. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover.

This warranty does not cover consumable items such as bulbs and fuses which have a limited lifespan. This warranty does not cover product that has been altered in any way or that has been installed incorrectly. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, poor handling, or operation with an incorrect power source.

DELIVERY NOTE:
- Signature is required at the time of delivery (unless you give us authority to leave the parcel)
- In the event that you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken back to the Courier Depot or local Post Office (depending on the service used). You will have 48 hours to pick up the parcel before the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
- If an item is returned to our warehouse, re-delivery charges will apply.
- Change of delivery address after the booking has been dispatched will incur a $17 charge.

Warranty Policy

The BBQ Store offers a 12 month warranty on products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.
